![]() Of course, being an older bottle, the seal has probably deteriorated and let air get to the whisky causing it to oxidize. But a bottle of Crown Royal Deluxe that was made in 1970 can (today) cost you almost $600 more. Crown Royal Deluxe Bottled in 1970 – $619.99Īs mentioned above, a bottle of Crown Royal Deluxe is relatively cheap and will cost you around $30. And while it’s certainly possible to find one for cheaper if you look hard enough ( for example at, here), some bottles of the 18 Year Old Extra Rare are being sold for as much as $599.99. This is another limited Crown Royal whisky so it’s going to be expensive. The Crown Royal 18 Year Old Extra Rare is a blend of three of Crown Royal’s rarest and most exceptional whiskies, each of which were aged individually in a combination of new, charred, American Oak barrels and used, American Oak barrels for at least 18 years, before being blended into the final product. Crown Royal 18 Years Extra Rare – $599.99 Once again, you can buy it for less at, here. The French Oak Cask Finished is the second in the series and it’s the Crown Royal Deluxe whisky finished in French Oak barrels for extra complexity.Īll of the whiskies in the Noble Collection are sold at various prices, the range of which can extend well into the hundreds of dollars, but – so far, the French Oak Cask Finished has the highest range, reaching $599.99. The Crown Royal Noble Collection is a series of limited annual releases that celebrate the skilled craftsmanship of the Crown Royal master blender. Crown Royal Noble Collection French Oak – $599 No wonder it can cost $389.99 – although you can buy it for less at, here. It’s bottled straight from one of several of their best barrels that were set aside to make a limited supply of this whisky, at 103 proof or 51.5%ABV – so it’s substantially more potent than most of the brand’s other expressions which are usually 40%ABV. However, as the name suggests, the Crown Royal Hand Selected Barrel, comes from only one.Īnd the one whisky this expression is made from is their most famous – the whisky that’s at the heart of the Crown Royal blends – the Coffey Rye (so called because Canadians call whisky rye – not because it’s made from rye, and because it’s distilled in a Coffey or column still). Usually, Crown Royal whiskies are a blend of over 50 of their whiskies from different barrels. Crown Royal Hand Selected Barrel – $389.99 You can buy a bottle of Crown Royal XO at here and a bottle of Crown Royal Reserve at here. And the Crown Royal Reserve is blended from their best whiskies (less than 1% of them) that have been aged for longer. ![]() The Crown Royal XO is Crown Royal whisky finished in cognac casks, which give it more complexity and smoothness. Of course, they’re both worth the extra expense. The following table shows the approximate prices of the main Crown Royal whiskies: Price Crown Royal Deluxe $31 Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye $33 Crown Royal Black $33 Crown Royal Blenders’ Mash $32 Crown Royal XO $50 Crown Royal Reserve $50Īs you can see, while most of the main Crown Royal whiskies are around $30, both the Crown Royal XO and the Crown Royal Reserve, at $50, are somewhat more expensive. Crown Royal XO & Crown Royal Reserve – $50Īs mentioned, most of the main Crown Royal expressions are relatively cheap, however, two of them are more expensive than the others. Here’s a list of the ten most expensive Crown Royal whiskies – so far. However, there are also some Crown Royal whiskies that are actually very high priced. Crown Royal is the best-selling Canadian whisky brand in the world, and this is partly because most of their main expressions are relatively cheap.

The first time I tried to get up it pinched my thigh so I sat back down right away. I was careful wiping the toilet and sitting down because I knew that when I got up the crack would expand while I was sitting and would retract when I got up. I used that one because I really needed to sit down (which shouldnt be the point but it was). The restaurant manager wanted to right it so bad. She let the restaurant manager know that our food was awful. When we were done I let the concierge know that the shower didn't work and our food was awful. We at that point went to plan our excursion with the AMStar agent who wasn't really helpful and looked like it was a chore to help us. We figured let's just go get breakfast at the market (which is the buffet at Secrets). When I called room service, the only thing they could bring to the room was an American Breakfast - which consisted of 2 very runny COLD eggs - COLD TOAST AND COLD BACON. The next morning, because of Covid, we decided it would be a better idea to get breakfast in our room. ![]() Only the handheld part of the shower worked. When we got to our room, we figured we would take a shower to get the yucky feel of traveling all day off before dinner. This by itself annoyed me because I thought to myself, I've been traveling since 6:30am, why would I have that information handy? So that VIP treatment we received in Costa Rica was not the experience in St Marteen. I had to mention that we were part of the unlimited vacation club, where I was asked if I had my member number. still no champagne and no warm wet towels. We sat there in a dark lobby while he found our paperwork. We had to find someone sitting down to help us and who was annoyed to do so. When we got to the hotel, the concierge was sitting down in the dark space and we had to find someone to help us, whereas, when we got to Dreams in CR they were standing with warm towels and champagne. We got in a little after 4 and there was no one at the AMStar Desk. There should be a shuttle service or at least have an AMStar Rep at the airport. I am not one to complain much but it just seemed there were so many missed opportunities that made our trip questionable. St Marteen is such a beautiful place and I would really love to return but not so sure we will return to Secrets. I understand that this is a new Secrets property but it left so much to be desired. We thought, this is a 5 Star Hotel, this is going to be great. We booked our first vacation with the club to St. We agreed to join the club thinking if this is what we will get traveling as members of this club, we are in. We were treated so well and the level of service was unmatched. We traveled to Dreams in Costa Rica where we were approached about joining your club.
